FoxyProxy

The Foxy part in this application’s name refers to the fact that you can use it with Mozilla’s Firefox web browser. And the Proxy part in the application’s name refers to the functionality it has to offer – FoxyProxy is an advanced proxy management tool that can prove to be very useful if you have to surf the web using proxy servers.

As mentioned above, you can use FoxyProxy with Mozilla’s Firefox web browser; FoxyProxy is an add-on for Firefox. It must be added here that FoxyProxy is also available as an extension for Google’s Chrome web browser. It must also be added that FoxyProxy is available as a Basic, Standard, and Plus Edition. From a functionality point of view, you can expect to get the following from FoxyProxy: easily add a new proxy; quickly connect to a proxy; switch between proxies with just one click; proxy switching by URL is supported; specify what the mouse buttons do (configure them from the settings); remember proxy usernames and passwords.

FoxyProxy Basic and Standard are free and open-source (donations are welcome). They are not supposed to be used for commercial purposes. Only FoxyProxy Plus is meant to be used for commercial purposes.
